Delivery

 

Shipping in NZ  - Free

Once we have receive notification of your order, we will pack your order within 24 hours, then the courier will be called to collect. 
We only ship orders Monday – Friday
We also close each year between Christmas the 15^th of January. Please check below for store hours.

If we have any concerns regarding delivery of your order, we will contact you via email to discuss.

SHIPPING IS WITHIN NZ ONLY -  If you would like to send something internationally or take Duty Free please contact us directly.

If the address you are delivering to is an apartment or secure property, a telephone number must be supplied. Business deliveries must have Name of company, full address & a contact telephone number for the recipient.

Berry’s Jewellers will deliver to the address provided. We take no responsibility for wrong information

We will endeavour to deliver items on the agreed delivery date, but will not be liable for late deliveries due to foreseen or unforeseen circumstances.

Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel any order or part of.

Courier Companies
Within NZ we use Courier Post.

Your courier parcel will require to be signed for upon delivery. This means some must be present to receive the parcel.

 

RETURNS

We understand that shopping online can be tricky and we want you to love the things you buy from Berry’s. 
However, we will not accept any goods for return where you have simply changed your mind, and all goods for return must be authorised by us, whether purchased online, in store or via phone or email. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order & we can discuss options available. A refund or credit note will be at our discretion.. Please note, goods purchased on lay-by, or gift vouchers are non-returnable, and are considered firm sale, whether purchased online, in store, or via phone or email.

When looking at photographs of goods on our website, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colour due to computer monitors or the like. All photos display are taken with the utmost care that they are as close to detail & colour as possible
